Instead of blindly sending generic resumes to online portals, the Job Matcher scans real-time tech and business job listings, compares them against your parsed resume skills, and identifies which roles you have the highest chance of landing.

How the AI Job Matcher Calculates Match Percentages

Our system runs a local algorithm in your browser to evaluate:

• Skill Alignment Matrix: Compares the keywords and technical skills listed in the job description to those on your active resume.
• Missing Skills Identification: Highlights exact keywords (such as "Docker", "SQL", or "Next.js") that the employer requested but are missing from your resume.
• Dynamic Percentage Scoring: Generates an overall compatibility percentage score to help you prioritize your applications.
